An opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting. This contract position offers hands-on experience working directly with students and staff to support behavioral interventions and promote positive outcomes within a structured educational environment.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analytic services according to established best practices and student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify and analyze student behavior
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection for ongoing program evaluation
- Support classroom staff with training and resources related to positive behavior support
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and assessment techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseload and prioritize competing demands effectively
